Muse
Muse is Meta's consumer agent, launched in the US on September 8, 2026. It connects to your email, calendar, payments, and other services and acts on your behalf: sending emails, booking travel, filling out forms, and shopping. It runs on Muse Spark in an isolated cloud machine, the Muse Secure VM, where a separate Sentinel agent must approve anything before it goes out to the internet, and your logins sit in a vault Muse cannot read. Meta says conversations are not shared with its ad systems.
Best for

- People who already use WhatsApp and want an agent there
- Users who want an agent without installing or hosting anything
Not best for
- Users outside the US: it is US-only at launch
- Anyone uncomfortable giving Meta access to email, payments, and health data
